“30 Days of Self Reflection for The New Year is a challenge that reminds us of our higher potential and push us to thrive in 2018. Through reflections of our past experiences and year, we will discover the essential and transformation qualities we need to develop to become whole and fulfilled, to grow and expand. In other words, the key to our journey is self-realization.”

noun
noun: reflection
- an image seen in a mirror or shiny surface.
Who’s a mirror reflection of you? A person that teaches you about yourself at the core. What have this person taught you about yourself?
The woman I am today is different compare to the woman I was a year ago. However, I believe this woman today still has more to learn about herself. She has a story to tell but, she keeps holding herself back from love, greatness, to grow, to be happy & to live life because she’s so use to disappointments more than achievements but, that shouldn’t stop her from knowing deep down inside she’s a reflection of love, happiness, peace & greatness.
This woman isn’t being who she needs to be but, she started something that she can’t give up on. she’s willing to learn more and grow more as a woman. The love for herself has change because she learned to love herself better than 5 years ago but, allowing her problems to affect her to not work as hard as she needs too or to manifest what she deserves.
This woman has taught me is to love myself more. Yes, I love who I am but, I believe I can be better than I can be today but, how? I’m so focus more on what I’ve been used to, that I tend to forget what I deserve.
My reflection has taught me to not make excuses for myself.
My reflection has taught me to not let what’s going on effect what I can do for myself, which is becoming the best that I can be.
My reflection has taught me that hurting someone who truly cares for me hurts more than being hurt by someone who doesn’t (A blog post coming soon about that).
My reflection has taught me to stand up for my vision.
My reflection has taught me to work on myself to become a better woman.
My reflection has taught me to support myself as much as I’ve supported others.
My reflection has taught me, I have so much to learn about myself and I’m willing to change to become better.
And….. My reflection has taught me to love better…. be patient with others as much as I need to be patient with myself…. don’t avoid anything that isn’t right but, embrace it…. don’t push away anyone that cares about you and that uplift you because there are great people in the world… To continue to love who I am and who I will become.
Side note: you have a story to tell, don’t hide it nor avoid it but, you can embrace it, you can love it and you can learn from it …
