What have you been complaining about most lately? Is there a way to see that differently? Is there a way to express gratitude?


It’s in our human nature to complain about life isn’t going as planned. We’ve all done it before, we planned something and as soon as it doesn’t goes as planned, we have a fit or tantrum like a 5-year-old(lol).I know, I know, I know, I’m not calling anyone a 5-year-old but, it’s true. I remember when I started blogging, you should have seen the look on my face of how excited I was to have my own brand/site but, here comes the reality of life and when life happens then, your mood starts to change. Its normal to not be positive all the time. You’ll have some awesome days and other days you’ll have you’re not so awesome day.


Mostly I would complain about “why does this keep happening to me” instead of focusing more on what positive is going on in my life & walking away from the distractions – is it easy?? Heck NO! but, I’m grateful to be alive, I’m grateful for moving forward and focusing more on myself than the problems I deal with. What I’ve learned, I shouldn’t put my focus on “what if’s” or “why does this keep happening?”. It’s a waste of time and energy in my life because there’s always a positive side to whatever I’m dealing with. So, there is a way to express gratitude by being thankful of who you are today, and your surroundings. Also, if there’s something you’re always complain about, you have the power to do something about it.



Side note: yes, you’re human. You’ll have your off days where you’ll cry, yell, be frustrated & all kinds of emotions. You’ll complain about things that you know deep down inside doesn’t make sense to you because what’s the point of your anger or frustration. Why are you complaining, when you can do something about it?
