Dear inspirational,
It’s 2019! The first thing that honestly came to mind was “How did the donation drive turn out?” “Was it a success?” As I think of my late grandmother and living grandmother’s legacies, I think “I need to ensure their spirits live on.” “I need to ensure this is a success.”
You see, they have always instilled the love of help others in me growing up. Therefore, 2018 was the year to start following in their footsteps and helping the less fortunate in our hometown of Les Cayes, Haïti. So, I would like to tell myself that no matter what happens with the donation drive, I tried my hardest and a good bit of children will have been helped.
Take the pressure off, take a breather, chill. You did a great job!
