What do you believe you deserve in life? Why? Are you being intentional about your choices to give yourself the life you deserve?

Have you ever been laughed at? How about, coming across someone who has looked at you crazy for having a dream or a vision? Have you ever been told “NO” or “It’s impossible”? Yes, I believe we’ve all been told “no” (Now, this isn’t a sympathy party where I need some sympathy about some doubters who didn’t believe in me. Lol).

I’m simply saying we’ve all been through doubters and we’ve even listen to our doubters more than listening to ourselves but, as we begin to grow, we tend to block those doubters and move forward then believe in ourselves. However, do you want to know what’s hard? Dealing with family who are doubters. It’s easier to hear doubts from strangers than family but, that doesn’t mean your family knows what you deserve more than what you know for yourself. So, the question is what do I believe I deserve in life? Why?

I deserve happiness

I deserve greatness

I deserve blessings

I deserve opportunities

I deserve to love & to be loved

I deserve to grow & learn

I deserve success

I deserve to be enough to myself.

I deserve more than what I’ve been told because God has given me a life to live, to grow, to become wiser, to understand, to walk, to talk and to do what my purpose in life. I deserve it because it’s mine to deserve, it belongs to me.

Are you being intentional about your choices to give yourself the life you deserve? Hmm, good question. Honestly, no. I can say what I deserve but, it’s to believe in what I deserve & to put in the work. This year has made me open my eyes more about myself that I’m learning to grow from and become better at. Does that mean I don’t believe in what I deserve? Of course not. I do believe in what I deserve, but working on myself to get there is what I need to work on.

Side Note: it’s more than saying what you deserve. It’s about applying it into your life, into yourself. No matter what you’re going through, believe in yourself.
